What your future day will look like:- Coach, support, and supervise a high-performing sales team
- Lead regular one-on-one coaching and development sessions
- Track and analyze KPIs, activity metrics, and pipeline health
- Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes and company policies
- Execute improvement plans to drive productivity and results
