Important Training Requirement

All Oklahoma City hires will complete a minimum 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX before transitioning into the OKC market. This hands-on training is designed to fully prepare you for long-term success, leadership growth, and high earnings potential.

What You'll Do

You'll start by mastering the field role while developing leadership and management skills alongside top producers and current leaders.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
  • Oversee roofing & restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
  • Assist with recruiting and developing new sales reps
  • Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
  • Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
  • Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
  • Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
  • Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Leader role overseeing team growth and results
