This role sits at the intersection of learning design, event production, and sales performance. You will build the end-to-end infrastructure for live learning — from the potential for large-scale Sales Kick-Offs of 800+ attendees to intimate leadership/high-performer retreats — ensuring every moment in the room is intentional, memorable, and tied to real business outcomes. You are both a systems thinker and an operator. You can architect scalable event frameworks and playbooks one day and obsess over room setup, energizer timing, and AV logistics the next. This role is critical to embedding a culture of growth and continuous learning across the global sales team. Responsibilities: Build end-to-end planning models (SKO, offsite, retreat) covering agenda design, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis Partner with Sales Excellence to bring PVC Methodology, COACH Framework, and Advanced Skills Program to life in the room Design live learning that reinforces methodology adoption via role plays, skill drills, and competitive simulations Serve as creative director for in-room experience — transforming traditional training into memorable learning events Own full logistics lifecycle: venue, AV, catering, swag, travel, and on-site execution Architect a signature High Performer Learning Retreat blending advanced skill-building, peer learning, and culture-defining moments Develop standardized intake processes, logistics checklists, facilitation guides, and run-of-show templates Establish success metrics for every event type — learning effectiveness, engagement, skill application, and revenue-linked outcomes Conduct post-event analyses and continuously iterate based on data and feedback Manage vendors, production partners, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships Stay current on industry best practices and bring innovative ideas to elevate program impact **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
