Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role. • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven sales strategies. • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems. • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Preferred Skills: • MBA or similar advanced degree. • Experience in the industry relevant to the companys product or service offerings. • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
