    Description

    The Sales Manager – Automotive TIC Services is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing customer relationships within the automotive and mobility sectors. This role focuses on selling testing, inspection, certification, and engineering services to automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, EV manufacturers, and emerging mobility technology companies.The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to deliver solutions supporting quality, compliance, safety, and product performance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targetsIdentify and secure new business opportunities within automotive and mobility marketsManage and grow relationships with OEMs, suppliers, engineering teams, and procurement leadersLead the sales process from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and contract awardRegulatory compliance and certificationCybersecurity and connected technologies testingCoordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed successfullyMaintain sales pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reportingSupport strategic account planning and customer retention effortsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and automotive regulatory developmentsParticipate in customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and industry networking eventsPrepare pricing proposals, quotations, and service agreementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred3–7 years of sales or business development experience within automotive testing, engineering services, or TIC industriesKnowledge of automotive manufacturing, testing, and compliance requirementsExperience working with automotive OEMs and supplier networks preferredProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple customer accounts and opportunities simultaneouslyExperience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
