We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager who is passionate about the future of beauty, obsessed with data-driven growth, and ready to expand our footprint in the global luxury market.
The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth across retail and digital channels. You won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be building strategic partnerships with prestige retailers and ensuring our brand's scientific story is told with precision at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute national/regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand market share.
- Account Management: Lead relationships with key luxury retail partners (e.g., Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Net-a-Porter), ensuring optimal product placement and brand representation.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze weekly sales reports, sell-through data, and inventory levels to identify trends and pivot strategies in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing field team or brand ambassadors, ensuring they are experts in SIREN Capsule Technology.
- In-Store Excellence: Plan and oversee high-impact in-store events and masterclasses that drive "wow" guest experiences and long-term brand loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development to align sales efforts with new launches and seasonal campaigns.
Who You Are
- Industry Expert: You have 5+ years of sales experience in the prestige beauty or luxury skincare sector.
- Relationship Builder: You have a proven track record of managing high-level accounts and a deep network within the beauty retail space.
- Data-Driven: You love a good spreadsheet. You use KPIs and analytics to tell a story and justify your next move.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in retail math and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
