We are looking for a Sales Manager for our client, a sustainable women's apparel brand, who is excited about building something meaningful with them. This is a great opportunity to work with an emerging brand!
This role will lead their sales and wholesale growth, helping them build strong relationships with boutiques, retailers, and strategic partners who share our values. You’ll work closely with the founder and the team to shape how the brand grows in the market.
We’re looking for someone who understands the fashion industry, believes in the future of sustainable brands, and enjoys the challenge of growing an emerging brand. 

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with boutique retailers and fashion buyers
  • Identify and secure new wholesale and partnership opportunities
  • Represent the brand to retail partners who align with our brand values
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue
  • Manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and showroom opportunities
  • Work closely with the founder and team to help shape our sales strategy as we grow
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion sales, wholesale, or business development
  • You have strong relationships within the boutique retail or fashion buying community
  • You’re passionate about sustainable fashion, responsible production, and clean brands
  • You’re entrepreneurial and excited about helping grow an emerging brand
  • You’re a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and telling a brand story
  • You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company
Your success as a Sales Manager will be measured by:
  • Revenue growth: meeting or exceeding quarterly wholesale and retail sales targets.
  • New account development: number of new retail partners secured.
  • Client retention and satisfaction: maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaboration and brand representation: effective coordination with marketing/product teams and professional representation of the brand at events and trade shows.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of annual base for achieving sales targets.
  • Commission: 5% on new wholesale accounts and incremental revenue growth.
