Bath Center is experiencing strong, consistent growth and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Seattle market. This role is designed for a proven sales leader who understands how to drive revenue, develop talent, and deliver predictable results in a high-volume, lead-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead, coach, and manage a team of In-Home Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals
+ Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure quality and conversion potential
+ Assist sales representatives in the field with live calls, objection handling, and closing support
+ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective action when needed
+ Handle and close cancel-save appointments to protect revenue
+ Work with the rehash manager to re-engage missed opportunities and improve close rates
+ Lead structured sales meetings and training sessions focused on performance improvement
+ Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives
Qualifications
+ Prior successful home improvement sales experience, preferably within a One-Day Bath or One-Day Remodel model
+ 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of consistent results
+ Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset
+ Ability to analyze sales data and manage by the numbers
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Proficiency with iPad-based presentations and electronic contracting systems
