Position Overview
The Sales Manager supports our sales representatives in driving new membership sales and maintaining excellent member retention. This role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process, and delivering unmatched customer service to uphold our studio's low membership cancellation rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence: Execute the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Client Engagement: Provide studio tours, target individual client goals, and present tailored membership options.
  • Quota Management: Book quality appointments and participate in community events to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage sales representatives, coordinate front-desk schedules, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
  • Studio Operations: Complete corporate training, process payments accurately, capture social media content, track client participation, and maintain studio/retail cleanliness.
Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of fitness sales or related management experience is preferred (boutique fitness knowledge a plus).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, confidence in making outbound calls, and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure. Friendly and warm personality to meet and greet prospects and clients.
  • Availability: Must be able to work: 3 morning shifts (approx. 7:45am-2pm),  1-2 night shifts (approx. 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and 1-2 weekend shifts (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM) per month.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
