Call By Call Sales Manager

As a Call By Call Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Heating, Air, Electrical Services needs, and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales
- Strong leadership and management skills

- Proficient in Service Titan software

- Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality

- Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In Home Sales
- 2+ years of sales experience:
- Proficient Service Titan software is a plus
- Goal and Results Driven

Benefits

- Compensation: $65,000- $120,000 (DOE)

- Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm
