Sales Manager — Lead a $5M+ Residential Sales Team
About The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our residential exterior restoration sales team in Brooklyn Park, MN and the greater Twin Cities market. You will inherit a team of 6 and help grow it to 9–10 high-performing sales representatives. Your job is to sharpen the team, close the gaps, protect the culture, and drive sales.

- Base salary $85,000–$110,000 + team performance incentives

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead weekly pipeline review meetings with each sales representative
- Coach reps in the field to improve close rates and homeowner experience
- Run weekly sales meetings covering strategy, product updates, and performance
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales representatives
- Monitor lead assignment, follow-up activity, and pipeline health
- Track KPIs, sales numbers, and reporting across the team
- Use tools like Acculynx, Spotio, and HailTrace to manage production and visibility
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, territory planning, and growth initiatives
- Deliver direct performance feedback and maintain accountability standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading residential sales teams to measurable revenue results
- Track record managing teams producing $5M+ annually with strong close rates
- Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and accountability management skills
- Experience managing pipelines, KPIs, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and team development ability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Roofing, siding, storm restoration, or exterior services experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with insurance restoration sales is highly valued
