JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ability to desk car deals
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to stay strong and calm in stressful situations, thrive under pressure
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
• Continually enhance the sales process
• Must be interested in training sale associates daily

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous AUTO dealership sales management experience is a must
• Previous experience managing and training sales staff is a must
• Ability to desk car deals
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales work day
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Must have a clean valid CA Driver’s License & Sales License
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
