Sales Manager – Luxury Medical Spa
Contract: Independent Contractor (W9 / 1099)
Compensation: $3,000/month base + commission (biweekly payouts)
Schedule: Must include Sunday
What You'll Do:
Advise clients on spa services and packages
Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products
Maintain accurate client records
Assist team members with day-to-day operations
Who We're Looking For:
1+ year sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Pleasing personality with a professional appearance
Knowledge or interest in skincare preferred
