Sales Manager

Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5

You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, own our wholesale channel end-to-end, and be trusted to strengthen relationships, drive revenue, and help shape how we grow. The Opportunity:
As the Sales Manager, you are the face of TRG’s wholesale business. You’ll lead our distributor relationships, protect and grow recurring revenue, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a critical channel.

This role blends strategy + execution:

What You’ll Own

Wholesale Revenue & Relationships
•Full ownership of key wholesale distributor and retail partnerships.
•Deep, trust-based relationships with top accounts, you’re their go-to.
•Account stability, retention, and expansion.

Sales Performance
•Lead outbound wholesale sales efforts and manage inbound opportunities.
•Craft compelling pitches grounded in product expertise and customer insight.
•Spot growth opportunities before anyone else does.

Channel Strategy
•Partner with the CRO on promotions, pricing strategies, and channel direction.
•Provide accurate forecasts that inform inventory and supply chain decisions.
•Improve how the wholesale channel operates, faster, cleaner, smarter.

Operational Excellence
•Coordinate closely with Customer Service to ensure flawless execution.
•Keep CRM/ERP data tight, accurate, and actionable.
•Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities and fix them.
