Job Title: Sales Manager (Aesthetic & Med Spa)

Pay: $3,000 per month base + commission
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 4 days per week (1 Sunday + 3 weekdays), 8–10 hours per day
Work Location: In person

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-spa sales operations with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and skincare products. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue by increasing average ticket value, improving conversion rates, and building long-term client programs through consultative selling.

The ideal candidate understands how to turn single treatments into complete care plans and how to position skincare products as essential parts of a client's treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the in-spa sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Drive upselling of treatment packages, premium services, and add-on treatments.
  • Drive cross-selling of skincare products and post-treatment care solutions.
  • Ensure every consultation includes a complete treatment plan and product recommendation.
  • Increase average ticket value and conversion rate through effective sales strategies.
  • Coach and train the sales team on consultative selling techniques.
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue, close rate, average ticket size, and product sales performance.
  • Maintain ethical, client-focused, and solution-based selling practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical and spa teams to align treatment offerings and sales goals.
  • Handle escalated client concerns professionally.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and performance summaries.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of sales staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales professional.
  • Background in medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or high-ticket retail sales preferred.
  • Strong experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
