Home Cleanse is a residential environmental services company that helps homeowners identify potential mold, dust, and air quality concerns. Through the mold remediation inspection process, the company educates homeowners, coordinates inspections, and provides mold detection test kits and additional services designed to help families create healthier living environments.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating inspections, presenting solutions, selling mold detection test kits and additional home service products, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads
• Schedule inspections and coordinate customer appointments
• Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate products and services
• Present and sell mold detection test kits and additional home service solutions
• Convert leads into sales and support company revenue goals
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Support daily operations and collaborate with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or operations
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to convert leads and generate revenue
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
