    Job Summary:

    Nova Biomedical is seeking a Sales Manager, Clinical-Capital to support growth of the clinical business in South Korea. This role is responsible for developing plans and actions to grow market share, achieve annual sales targets, manage distributors, and support key customers across the clinical portfolio. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to translate commercial strategy into clear action plans, provide market feedback, and support business success through strong distributor and customer engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Focus on annual target achievement by developing existing opportunities, generating new leads, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Manage forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Deliver and report accurate market trend information to the marketing team and support strategic action planning.
    • Support and manage existing distributors to achieve annual targets through monthly KPI tracking.
    • Drive business expansion through product portfolio development and identification, evaluation, and establishment of new dealers or distributors by region.
    • Define and leverage distributor field activities and develop strategic backup plans.
    • Provide coaching to distributors to strengthen product positioning, service capabilities, and overall business performance.
    • Manage distributor min-max stock levels to support customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to promote Nova Biomedical product portfolios.
    • Create new business opportunities by identifying uncovered areas, market segments, and relevant plans for growth.
    • Participate in exhibitions and related commercial activities as needed.
    • Maintain strong product knowledge and competitive awareness to deliver effective solutions to distributors and customers.
    • Manage customer complaints and support resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree required.
    • 7+ years of relevant work experience in the medical device field.
    • At least 5 years of strong sales experience, including distributor management.
    • Deep understanding of the clinical business, including diagnostic laboratory medicine, pathology, and emergency medicine.
    • Experience developing and executing strategies for New Product Introduction and lease business.
    • Experience supporting seminars and communication with Key Opinion Leaders.
    • Business proficiency in English and fluency in Korean.
    • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Epicor.
    • Strong communication, organizational, coaching, and teaching skills.
    • Customer-focused, collaborative, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to develop strong execution plans to support sales goals.
    • Strong judgment, risk management skills, ownership, and ethical approach

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

    • Field travel as necessary, 50% or more.
    • Ability to work independently in a field-based, customer-facing sales environment.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with distributors, customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
