We are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager / Sales Coach with proven Property & Casualty insurance leadership experience to help drive production, accountability, and growth across our sales team.


This is not a passive management role. We are seeking someone who knows how to build momentum, increase close ratios, improve quoting activity, coach producers in real time, and create a culture of execution.


Our agency is the #1 producing Allstate agency in Louisiana and ranks in the top 1% nationally. We invest heavily in leads, technology, training, and coaching and we expect leadership that can turn opportunity into measurable production.


  • This is a leadership role for an experienced coach and operator not a first-time manager position.


  • Our team includes seasoned producers, so the right candidate must be able to establish credibility quickly and coach experienced sales professionals at a high level


  • Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and performance coaching rather than micromanagement


Salary Range: $55000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a high-volume sales team
  • Listen to recorded and live sales calls
  • Conduct daily call coaching and role play sessions
  • Hold team members accountable to activity and production standards
  • Identify weaknesses in sales process and create improvement strategies
  • Drive quoting activity, close ratios, and overall production
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
  • Help create and implement sales contests, motivation strategies, and training initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership to improve team results and culture
  • Assist in onboarding and developing newer producers
  • Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coach, or Team Lead in the P&C insurance industry
  • Strong preference for Allstate experience
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales results
  • Experience coaching inside sales teams and remote employees
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales environments and KPI management
  • Ability to motivate while also holding firm accountability standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable giving direct feedback and having difficult conversations when needed
  • High energy, organized, competitive, and results-driven

Preferred Experience

  • Allstate systems experience
  • Experience coaching licensed sales producers
  • Experience in a high-call-volume sales environment
  • Experience with role play training and objection handling
  • Experience managing remote teams via Zoom or virtual office environments
