As a leading producer of aggregates in the Midwest, we are seeking an experienced Aggregate Sales Manager for our St. Louis Region. This is a full-time, exempt position based our our Fenton, MO Regional Office, typically working a Monday through Friday schedule.
The Aggregate Sales Manager position oversees the regional sales and marketing activities of our 11+ quarry locations across the greater St. Louis area. This includes supervising a team of salespeople who collectively set, manage, and achieve short and long-range specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely (SMART) goals. This role reports to the General Manager of St. Louis Operations and requires regular communications regarding ongoing jobs and market updates. Candidates must be willing to travel as this position is based in the Hannibal, MO office, but will require daily travel throughout the region with use of a company provided vehicle.
