Carter Subaru Shoreline and Carter Acura of Lynnwood are looking for an experienced automotive leader who''s equally comfortable running a Sales desk and closing deals in the F&I office. This is a hybrid role: you''ll work the Sales desk three days a week and cover the Finance department two days a week.

What we are looking for

4+ years of automotive sales experience

• F&I experience with a proven track record in product penetration and PVR
• Strong knowledge of lending, credit structuring, and compliance (Reg Z, OFAC, Red Flags, FTC Safeguards Rule)
• Experience with Tekion is a plus
• Leadership skills that motivate a team and keep the floor organized
• Import brand experience (Subaru, Acura, Honda, Toyota) a plus

Pay - $108,000 - $125,000 annually, including base plus commission/bonus; top performers can earn above range

Responsibilities

Sales Desk (3 days/week)

• Desk deals, structure numbers, and help the team close with transparency and integrity
• Coach and support sales consultants on the floor, T.O.s, and follow-up
• Manage appraisals and trade values in partnership with used car management
• Drive CSI and a great guest experience from greeting to delivery

Finance Department (2 days/week)

• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, appearance protection) using a menu-based, compliant process
• Structure and submit deals to lenders and work approvals, stips, and funding
• Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Previous Automotive Finance & Sales Manager experience is required
• Fantastic communication skills with employees & customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required
• WA state drivers license is required
• Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
