Sales Manager - Food Services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned foodservice territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships 
• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual sales calls with foodservice operators, including cold calls and follow‑up meetings 
• Build strong relationships with purchasing and decision‑making contacts; serve as the primary customer liaison 
• Present products, provide samples and documentation, and respond to customer requests and inquiries 
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and service by coordinating with internal teams 
• Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and strategic initiatives 
• Represent the organization at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience 
• Proven experience in foodservice sales or a related industry preferred 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams 
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region, with occasional travel outside the territory 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, email platforms) 
• Bilingual skills and experience with Mexican or Hispanic food products are a plus
