The Program Director is primarily responsible for lead generation as well as onboarding all new members. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Program Directors are expected to be in alignment with Instructors as this ensures the highest level of development of the students and the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Lead generation, lead management and follow up · Sales procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
· Bonus pay
· Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)
