What You’ll Lead

• Sales growth and profitability initiatives
• Team development across sales, purchasing, and operations
• Supplier strategy and vendor negotiations
• Customer engagement with dealers, architects, and contractors
• Inventory, forecasting, and operational performance
• Cross-functional collaboration across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in the Forest Products industry
• Proven leadership experience in EWP and siding sales
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
