We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching teams to success, and knows how to turn goals into results. 50,000 - 55,000 base pay, plus up to 15k in annual bonus potential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth, efficient business flow
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Hire, train, supervise, and retain top talent
• Create employee schedules that support both business needs and team success
• Drive membership, retail, and service sales performance
• Deliver an elevated guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Maintain inventory and ensure the center is fully stocked and operationally ready
• Oversee internal and external communication with professionalism and urgency
• Analyze business trends and execute strategies to maximize results
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong sales and leadership experience
• Passion for coaching, performance, and team development
• Someone who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
• Beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience is a PLUS
