Sales Manager – Water Damage Restoration

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing water damage restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, with a passion for helping customers during challenging situations.


Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads, conversions, and overall company revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral sources.
• Conduct sales meetings, establish performance goals, and track individual and team results.
• Monitor sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and ensure opportunities are being converted effectively.
• Train and coach sales representatives on lead generation, customer service, estimating, follow-up, and closing techniques.
• Represent the company professionally in the community and at networking events.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through completion of the restoration project.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, restoration services, and insurance-related processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or sales management experience; restoration, construction, insurance, or home-services experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional presentation.
• Ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration, insurance claims, or property damage services is a plus.
