We are seeking a high-ownership, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Houston showroom team. In this role, you will lead by example by balancing personal sales excellence with the active coaching and leadership of an elite team of custom clothiers. What You'll Do
- Sales Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, train, and develop a team of Custom Clothiers through weekly 1-on-1s, field shadowing, and quarterly performance reviews to help every team member hit their targets.
- Personal Sales: Consistently hit your personal monthly sales goals and model luxury sales standards by actively selling alongside your team on the showroom floor.
- Manage Team Accountability & Performance: Hold the team accountable to daily activity metrics, pipeline growth, and overall revenue targets to consistently achieve monthly showroom goals.
- Oversee Showroom & Tailoring Operations: Manage daily Houston showroom workflows, uphold immaculate visual standards, and partner directly with local tailors to guarantee high-quality craftsmanship and flawless turnarounds.
- Curate the Client Experience: Model top-tier hospitality, resolve high-level client inquiries, and foster a cohesive, high-energy sales culture dedicated to a 5-star experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership: 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, high-end sales, or luxury team leadership with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Relentless ownership & drive: You love setting ambitious goals, tracking performance metrics, and taking direct accountability for team success.
- Exceptional coaching abilities: Passionate about developing talent, giving actionable feedback, and fostering a collaborative, winning culture.
