Job Description Job Description COMPANY OVERVIEW: Designs custom solutions for unique gasket & sealing needs.POSITION TITLE: Sales ManagerCOMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE + bonusBENEFITS: Executive benefits packageLOCATION: Houston, TXSUMMARY: This individual will be the top sales producer within the company, managing all corporate relationships.DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability both short and long termDevelops personal action plan to penetrate new marketsMaintains key customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer baseSecure strategic agreements with priority target clients and maintain detailed client records and account plans for key accountsCoordinate bid and proposal activity in assigned accounts, including pre-qualification forms, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals (RFIs and RFPs)Participating in industry trade shows and technical conferences as requiredCoordinate other company resources (marketing, operations administrative) in pursuit of new client's businessResponsible for the performance and development of the sales teamMaintain familiarity and knowledge of key company services and technology, strategic initiatives, safety and operations programs and business development practices and proceduresAssists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as neededServe as the internal and external subject matter expert for all sales and marketing solutions, working cross-functionally as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are metControls expenses to meet budget guidelinesEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:5-10 years' core industry sales experience - prefer direct gasket & sealing.Must have ability to sell to the refineries.Self-motivated, go-getter, driven - someone who can really go and execute.Strong work ethic, resilience, grit, and driveProficient user of MS Office, ERP and CRM systemsBachelor's Degree preferred.***PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
