Sales ManagerThis Sales Manager will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key customer relationships, and managing a national network of independent sales representatives.Lead, coach, and manage a network of 12 independent sales representatives across the United States.Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, customer retention, and business development initiatives.Partner with sales reps to identify and pursue new business opportunities within OEM and industrial manufacturing markets.Strengthen relationships with key customers and serve as an escalation point for strategic opportunities and customer concerns.Conduct customer visits and participate in meetings alongside sales representatives as needed.Develop sales forecasts, track pipeline activity, and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.Support pricing, quoting, contract negotiations, and profitability improvement initiatives.Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities to help shape sales strategy.Contribute to long-term succession planning and play an active role in the future development of the sales organization.The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales leader with experience in industrial manufacturing environments who excels at growing accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading others.
