Plus, quota attainment when you were a rep, with numbers behind it.Coaching, not just managing. You've coached reps through prospecting, pipeline, and the entire sales process. You can describe how you coach and what numbers your team hit.Inspection discipline. You've run your own pipeline reviews and forecast calls. You inspect what you expect, weekly, and act on a red flag before end of month.Valid license and a reliable vehicle. This role is in the field and on the phones with your reps. MVR check after conditional offer, reviewed individually.Build a team you'd bet your number on. Then coach them: prospecting, pipeline, every week. That's how you surpass plan.
