Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Manager – Independent ContractorContract Type: W9 / 1099Base Pay: $3,000/month + commission (paid biweekly)Schedule: Sunday required + 3 additional days

A: Manage client interactions, recommend spa services and retail products, and drive sales performance. Minor management duties may be included, but this is primarily a sales-driven role.

What do I earn?

A: $3,000/month base pay plus commission. Commission is uncapped, providing additional earning potential.

What's expected of me?

• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products

• Maintain accurate client and sales records

• Support team members with day-to-day operations

Who should apply?

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
