Description
The Manager manages a team of employees who are responsible for selling Tyler products and services. The Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding a sales quota for the team. A portion of the incumbent's time may also be spent performing duties related to selling Tyler products and services. The Manager has an impact on Tyler revenue in that the incumbent's staff is tasked with selling Tyler products and services. The staff under the Manager must meet or exceed sales quotas. The Manager must also ensure staff performs at or above expected levels, and must ensure new staff is brought up to speed in a timely manner.
