$60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue and develop teams all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

  • Hire, train, and lead a team
  • Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization
  • Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
  • Forecast sales and performance metrics
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
  • Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales management or leadership experience
  • Subprime lending experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
  • Valid driver’s license

Schedule

  • No Sundays
  • 42–48 hours per week
  • Store Hours: 9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)
