$60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue and develop teams all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
- Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, and lead a team
- Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization
- Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
- Forecast sales and performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Sales management or leadership experience
- Subprime lending experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- No Sundays
- 42–48 hours per week
- Store Hours: 9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday)
