We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Ford dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to build a strong team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance
- Monitor and manage sales department goals, KPIs, and performance
- Work with salespeople on desking deals, negotiations, and closing customers
- Maintain a strong focus on CSI and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
- Conduct daily sales meetings and communicate goals and expectations
- Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and presented
- Work closely with F&I, Service, and Parts departments to maximize dealership profitability
- Monitor sales processes and ensure company and Ford policies are followed
- Help create a positive, competitive, and team-oriented environment
- Lead by example and hold the sales team accountable
- Assist the General Manager and dealership leadership with sales strategies and objectives
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous automotive sales management experience
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A passion for developing and motivating people
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer-service skills
- A strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
