    • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales talent.
    • Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to key metrics and goals.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and pipeline reviews to support individual and team performance.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within the material handling market.
    • Improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, CRM utilization, and overall sales execution.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to support customer success.
    • Support the sales team on key customer presentations, negotiations, and strategic opportunities when needed.
    • Attend industry trade shows and customer visits to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
    • Partner with manufacturer representatives and dealers to support sales growth, strengthen channel relationships, coordinate sales activities, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Travel approximately 25% overnight throughout the year.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of successful sales management experience leading a business-to-business sales team.
    • Strong understanding of consultative sales and opportunity management.
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing salespeople.
    • Experience building sales processes, managing pipelines, and improving forecast accuracy.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience using CRM systems.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% overnight.

    Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly valued:

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary plus profit sharing opportunities
    • Benefits package and paid time off
    • Growth and advancement opportunities
