Five or more years of experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
Five or more years in sales and supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of profit/loss analysis, estimating, and sales metrics.
Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, calculate pricing, and track key performance indicators.
Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
Combination of office and manufacturing settings, as well as frequent visits to customer sites.
