Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and managing an established customer portfolio while developing new opportunities across a range of technical, industrial, and medical applications.

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business across accounts and applications.
• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting target customers and uncovering new applications for the company's products.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, quality, operations, procurement, and product development.
• Partner with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend standard or customized solutions based on their specific applications.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams throughout the sales and product-development process.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry trade shows, and events, while maintaining an active pipeline and supporting long-term commercial growth.

Profile

• 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineered products, components, consumables, or another technical sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience selling into manufacturers and/or OEM customers, with an understanding of longer-term, relationship-driven sales cycles.
• Comfortable engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders, including engineering, quality, operations, product development, and procurement.
• Strong account management and business development capabilities, with the ability to grow existing relationships while identifying new customers and applications.
• Technically curious, coachable, and relationship-oriented, with the desire to learn a specialized product portfolio and grow into increasing commercial responsibility over time.

Job Offer

• Base salary of $100,000-$130,000
