Job Description
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify, qualify, target, and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Marketing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth within targeted market segments.
- Lead new business growth initiatives and support cross-functional Strategic Customer Service and Operations Teams.
- Achieve established sales revenue goals aligned with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and communicate customer contact reports, monthly business updates, and management reports.
- Provide accurate new business forecasts and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure customer success and business growth.
- Travel to support customer engagement and business development activities.

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven business development leadership experience within a fabrication manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated success identifying and growing profitable B2B customer relationships.
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
