To support the growth of our business and balance increasing demand, we are adding a Sales Manager to our team! In this role you''ll provide consistent leadership, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure our team is set up for success.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, has a proven track record in sales, and either has experience in fire protection or the motivation to quickly learn. You'll help your team hit their targets, drive job profitability, and identify new market opportunities. The success of your team = success for you and the Company.

This position directly manages our Service Sales Team, with primary responsibility for ownership and growth of sales within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Service Sales Team
• Oversee and coordinate training efforts for direct reports
• Drive financial performance and success of the Service Sales department
• Manage team entertainment and training events
• Oversee lead distribution and pipeline management
• Partner with marketing to support departmental growth
• Leverage technology to improve processes and efficiencies
• Collaborate with managers across departments to improve workflows
• Lead CRM adoption and utilization to drive sales behaviors
• Oversee AM past due payments and collections performance
• Increase capture rate from new construction customers to service and inspection customers

• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication abilities
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems
• Successful track record in sales management
• Fire protection industry knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly)
