Archie McPhee Wholesale (Accoutrements LLC) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to own and grow our wholesale business. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the independent rep network, developing new retail relationships, and driving revenue across wholesale channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale sales management, preferably in gift, novelty, toy, housewares, or adjacent consumer product categories. They will be familiar with the independent rep group model, have product instincts, and have a genuine interest in contributing to category and packaging decisions. They will be a strong communicator, self-directed, and comfortable in a small company environment. CRM software experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position starting at $90,000 annually + performance bonus. It is an on-site position in Mukilteo with occasional out-of-town travel to trade shows and the like.
