Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing awareness of zTrip's transportation services. Working closely with local leadership, you will lead sales efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and serve as a key representative of the zTrip brand throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to increase ridership and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, and community partners
  • Generate and manage leads through CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and partnership discussions

  • Assist with recruiting events and driver engagement programs
  • Support customer retention and relationship management efforts
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and special projects

Qualifications for a Sales Manager
