    Description

    A multi-faceted construction company is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team in our Laredo, TX office.

    Ariva Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager Lead to lead, mentor, and train sales members on reaching company goals and milestones. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and always have a can-do attitude as to their work and the achievement of goals for the sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria
    • Train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met
    • Performance and development of team members
    • Develop plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, the effective search of leads/prospects, penetrate new markets
    • Prepare individual action plans and targets for all team members
    • Assist in the development and preparation of the organization’s sales strategy and general business planning
    • Maintain contact with clients/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction
    • Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits, and personal character
    • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospects, pricing, sales, and activities
    • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
    • Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization and its suppliers and clients/customers

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • 2 years of leadership experience
