Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow our client base and increase service bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to match clients with appropriate detailing packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their vehicle care needs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to recommend appropriate services.
- Explain detailing processes, benefits, and pricing options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients.
- Create tailored maintenance plans for clients' vehicles.
- Coordinate with technical staff regarding special client requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of auto detailing services and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for CRM management.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or detailing.
- Knowledge of high-end vehicle care requirements.
- Experience with sales CRM systems.
- Background in customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Base Pay.
