Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Performance Supervisor responsible for strengthening in-spa revenue by actively guiding guests toward the most suitable treatments and retail solutions. This role centers on sales execution, revenue optimization, and client satisfaction within a premium spa environment.
Core Functions
- Present spa services and retail items in a compelling and informative manner
- Increase transaction value through add-on services and bundled offerings
- Assess guest preferences to suggest appropriate treatment options
- Maintain awareness of current offers, service menus, and retail lines
- Record daily sales outcomes and contribute to revenue reporting
- Support smooth coordination between sales and service teams
- Encourage repeat visits through positive guest engagement
