Royalty Roofing & Siding is hiring a Sales Manager to run all sales for the company, residential and commercial, the whole thing.

\n

\n

This isn't a desk job, and it isn't a seat where you step into a system that already runs itself. You'll be taking ownership of the entire revenue side of a roofing company: the reps, the numbers, the pipeline, the accountability. We're looking for someone who's ready to build on what's here and leave it stronger than they found it.

What You'll Own

\n

• \n
• Every sales rep in the company, residential and commercial
• \n
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training the sales team
• \n
• Weekly accountability: numbers reviewed, gaps addressed, no hiding
• \n
• Ride-alongs, in-field coaching, and closing the deals your reps can't
• \n
• Commercial relationships: property managers, GCs, facility groups, multi-family
• \n
• Pipeline health, close rates, gross margin, and the forecast the owner runs the business on
• \n
• Building the sales process so it doesn't live in your head
• \n

What You Need to Have

\n

• \n
• 3+ years of sales leadership specifically at a roofing company
• \n
• A track record backed by real numbers, not just stories
• \n
• Ability to hold people accountable, paired with the judgment to know when to coach instead
• \n
• Comfort with CRM discipline and data ( AccuLynx and GoHighLevel)
• \n
• Valid driver's license
• \n

  • $80,000–$100,000 base, depending on what you bring

  • Percentage override on all team production. Your team wins, you win. Realistic first-year OTE well above base for the right operator.
