QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

· NO LESS than 5 years of high-level rotable sales experience, primarily with narrow-body Airbus and Boeing aircraft and associated powerplants is required.

· Sound knowledge of commercial aircraft operations and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations.

· Existing relationships with key customers in the commercial aviation aftermarket space

· Product line management background is preferred.

· Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

· Strong negotiation skills 

· Keen Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience

· Excellent Communication, interpersonal and Customer Service skills

· Demonstrated track record of success and meeting sales targets.

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

· Experience with complex RFP/RFQ processes

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Develop a strong customer base with increasing revenue opportunities.

· Identify potential opportunities for increased market share.

· Conduct regular travel to customer sites and trade shows.

· Interface with customers to identify opportunities for growth.

· Work with Purchasing & Repairs Manager to optimize inventory to support customer base.

· Other duties as assigned.
