We are making strides in the automotive industry and bringing state of the art automotive technology to our new and improved facilities. McCurley has a fast-paced sales department with an established clientele, and we are seeking to add an experienced Sales Manager to our team.

Position Overview
- Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with BDC, F&I and service departments to create seamless customer experiences
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Manage inventory levels, vehicle values, pricing strategies and merchandising efforts both virtually and physically
- Oversee CRM usage to ensure proper follow-up processes and effective lead handling
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in the automotive industry
Qualifications:
- Preferred 3+ years of automotive sales and finance experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Pay ranges from $105,000 to $ 145,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience*
- Employees in this role are expected to perform all duties onsite at the assigned work location during scheduled working hours. This position is not eligible for remote work.
