THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will coach, develop, and hold a team of 25-30 in-home sales reps accountable to the metrics that drive the business — close rate, average ticket, appointment conversion, and revenue targets. This is not a startup situation. The team exists, the market is producing, and the opportunity is to elevate it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 25-30 in-home sales reps — ride-alongs, one-on-ones, and performance conversations included
  • Drive performance across core KPIs: close rate, average ticket size, appointment conversion, and team revenue targets
  • Continue growing and refining the team as the Reading market scales
  • Maintain and strengthen a high-accountability, high-energy sales culture grounded in the same discipline that has made the company successful across all markets
  • Report directly to ownership and have a genuine voice in how the market continues to develop

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record leading in-home sales teams in home services — coatings, windows, roofing, siding, HVAC, or similar
  • Experience managing established, high-volume teams and driving consistent performance at scale
  • A genuine passion for coaching — you get energy from developing people, not just closing deals
  • Familiarity with structured in-home sales processes: one-call close, demo-based selling, or similar
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and using data to coach — you know what metrics actually move the needle
  • Willing to be in the field alongside your team, not just managing from a desk
