What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners
  • Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

What Are We Looking For

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments
  • Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement)
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Work Environment

This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected to support customer relationships and business growth initiatives.
