Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners + Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization + Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities + Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery **What Are We Looking For** + 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments + Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement) + Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results + Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders + Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills + Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment **Work Environment** This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments.
