Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with F&I (Finance and Insurance) experience to join our team at Hubler Auto Center Rushville. In this role, you will lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a passionate leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the automotive sales industry, and proven expertise in F&I processes to drive growth in our Rushville, IN location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Develop and implement effective sales and F&I strategies to increase vehicle sales, finance product penetration, and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Prepare and present regular sales and F&I reports and forecasts to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, F&I regulations, and industry standards
• Handle customer escalations and resolve any sales-related or F&I issues professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager with strong F&I background, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to analyze sales data, F&I performance, and market trends
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and F&I systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
